各系统试压结果，压力契合设计请求，无渗漏。管道必需清洗，管道及支架(墩)不在冻土及朽土上。

合格：坡度的正负偏向不超越设计请求坡度值的1/3，装置横平竖直，距墙、标高根本契合规则。

优秀：坡度契合设计请求，并平均分歧，距墙、标高契合规则。

合格：管螺纹加工精度契合国标《管螺纹》的规则，螺纹清洁，规整，断丝或缺丝不大于螺纹全扣丝的10%。衔接结实，根部有外露螺纹，镀锌管无焊口，螺纹清洁、规整，运用管件正确，镀锌管无焊接口。

优秀：在合格的根底上，螺纹无断丝;镀锌管和管件的镀锌层无破损，外露螺纹防腐良好且无外露油麻等缺陷。

<2>法兰接

合格：对接平行、严密，与管子中心线垂直，螺杆显露螺母;补垫材质契合设计请求和施工标准规则且无双层，法兰型号契合请求。
Qualified: parallel and tight butt, perpendicular to the center line of the pipe, screw exposed nuts; Material of pad conforms to design requirements and construction standard rules without double layers, flange type conforms to requirements.
优秀：在合格的根底上，螺母在同侧，螺杆显露螺母长度分歧，且不大于螺杆直径的二分之一。

<3>焊接
<3> welding
合格：焊口平直度、焊缝增强面契合施工标准规则;焊口外表无烧穿;裂纹和明显的结瘤、夹渣及气孔等缺陷。
Qualification: weld flatness, weld reinforcement surface conform to the construction standard rules; weld appearance without burnout; cracks and obvious nodules, slag inclusion and porosity defects.
优秀：在合格的根底上，焊波平均分歧，焊缝外表无结瘤、夹渣和气孔。

<4>承接、套箍。

合格：接口构造和所用的填料契合设计请求和施工标准规则;灰口密实、丰满，填料凹入承口边缘不大于2mm，胶圈结口平直无扭曲;对口间隙精确，运用管件正确。

(3)管道支架

合格：结构正确，埋设平正结实，位置合理，标高间距契合规则。油漆品种和涂刷遍数契合设计请求;附着良好，无脱皮、起泡和漏涂。
