当需求满足干净室、正空气量和排气量的新风量时，空调系统应充沛应用回风。只要在加工过程中产生大量有害物质时，才干运用直流式空调系统，部分处置不能保证卫生请求或损坏其他过程。干净室应在下列条件下单独设置清洁空调系统：

When the demand meets the fresh air volume of clean room, positive air volume and exhaust volume, the air-conditioning system should make full use of the return air. Some disposal can not guarantee sanitary requests or damage other processes. Clean rooms should be separately equipped with clean air conditioning systems under the following conditions:

1.层流干净室和湍流干净室;

2.末端过滤器的不同干净室;

2. Different clean rooms for end filters;

3.干净室和普通空调房;

3. Clean room and general air-conditioning room;

4.运转班次或运用不同时间的干净室;

4. Running shifts or using clean rooms at different times;

5.当干净室面积过大或房间过大时，应分为几个净化空调系统，便当调整、回风管布置微风量、压力;

2.部分排气系统应采取措施避免空气回流。中间排放过滤器或止回阀能够装置在排气系统上。

3.部分排气系统应采取降噪措施。设置消声器时，应将其放在风扇的吸气局部上。

4.应留意有害物质的排放，使其契合国度规则的排放规范。空调系统中的鼓风机、回风机和排风机应互锁。联锁次第如下：当系统开启时：首先翻开鼓风机，然后将风扇和排风扇驱回：当系统关闭时：首先关闭排气扇并返回风扇，然后关闭鼓风机。

4. Attention should be paid to the emission of hazardous substances so as to conform to the emission standards of national rules. Blowers, return fans and exhaust fans in air conditioning systems should be interlocked. The interlocking order is as follows: when the system is open, first turn on the blower, then drive the fan and exhaust fan back: when the system is closed, first close the exhaust fan and return to the fan, then close the blower.
